NATIONAL serviced office company Corporate Executive Offices will open the doors to its Gold Coast business next week in the Corporate Centre Two tower in Bundall. The company signed a 12-year lease for the top two floors of the A-grade, 10-storey building, which was developed by the Brisbane-based Trident Corporation. CEO's tenancy represents 1641sqm of the building's 7876sqm of lettable floor space. After a substantial fit-out the two floors will be sublet as serviced offices. CEO managing director Jenny Folley said they would rent fully furnished offices from $180 a week. Offices will be available to house up to 20 people. CEO has hired three people to provide full reception and secretarial support. "Our business centres are designed to provide almost any sized company with quality office space without forcing them into lengthy commercial leases," said Ms Folley. "Essentially you get the A-grade address without the need for long legal commitments or the hassle and expense of fitting out an office yourself. "During our 20 years in business, we have seen the demand for serviced offices grow substantially throughout Australia and overseas as business owners realise the flexibility, convenience and the benefits that they provide." Ms Folley said that CEO had been watching the city's commercial property market for several years and believed the timing was right to dive into the market. "We feel that the economy is picking up and we are starting to see the re-emergence of numerous start-up companies," she siad. "There are also a lot of companies that have downsized during the worst of the global financial crisis - but they have survived and are now coming to the end of their commercial lease. "Owners of these businesses are more hesitant to lock themselves into long-term leases until they get a clearer picture of how their market and the companies are performing. "That is where we can fill the void for many companies." Ms Folley said CEO offered a high-quality and convenient solution for businesses looking for a new home. "With the new suites at Corporate Centre Two we provide everything that business owners could want," she said 'It is a terrific business address in a brand new building that features a great fit-out and some amazing views towards the beach and to the Hinterland." |
