Please note that all charges listed below are excluding GST.

GOLD SERVICE: $200 PER MONTH

This service includes a prestigious address chosen from any CEO location. A telephone number allocated to you will be answered for you by your CEO receptionist in the way you wish and a message taken for you at your chosen location. DEPOSIT Two month’s licence fee - refundable on termination.

VOICE MAIL Included 24 hour, 7 days per week message storage with remote retrieval

ADDITIONAL TELEPHONE SERVICES AVAILABLE (price upon application)........ • Telephone calls can be answered in your company name and then forwarded to your mobile or home office. • Telephone calls made on your behalf • Messages taken by your receptionist and emailed to you. • Unified Messaging (Voicemail messages emailed directly to your laptop). • Written message with notification

VOIP TELEPHONY CEO can provide you with an IP handset which can be operated in your home office (or anywhere worldwide). Calls can be answered for you by your CEO receptionist and put through to your hand set or you can answer these calls directly yourslef. Your handset can be diverted to CEO reception during business hours or to your voicemail, or as you desire. You can also make outgoing calls on the IP handset at CEO discounted telephone rates. Meeting Room $21.00 per hour * Up to 4 people

Board Room $42.00 per hour * Up to 8 people

Conference Room $63.00 per hour * Up to 12 people Conference Room $100.00 per hour * 12 + Full day rates available on application *If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, full fee applies FAX Inward: $0.60 per page

SECRETARIAL All services are charged in Units; 1 Unit represents $7.00

Word Processing/Typing (in basic type) 4 Units per hour Dictaphone 6 Units per hour Private Secretary/Personal Assistants/Juniors can be arranged - price on application

BINDING 1 Unit - Price on application for larger jobs

COURIER Price on application

POSTAGE At cost plus handling fee of 30% STATIONERY Price on application

PAYMENT Only direct withdrawal authority or credit card payments are accepted. No payment by cheque.

BILLING OF SERVICES

• To commence service initial payment is accepted either by cheque, direct deposit or credit card. Thereinafter all payments are to be made either by direct withdrawal authority or credit card. • Additional charges are invoiced each month together with your licence fee and payment for this is required on the 1st of each month. • Any single additional service charge in excess of $500.00 to be paid immediately unless by prior arrangement.

CREDIT CARD Any payments made through credit card usage will incur the following surcharge: PAYMENTS 4% for Master Card & Visa, 10% for Amex.

GST Please note that GST applies to all facilities and services provided.

TERMINATION One month's notice in writing is required otherwise deposit will not be refundable. Notice must be given from the 1st of any month.
