SECRETARIAL All services are charged in units. I unit represents $7.00 Word Processing/Typing (in basic type) 4 Units per hour Dictaphone 6 Units per hour Secretary/Personal Assistants/Juniors can be arranged - price on application. Any time spent by receptionist / secretaries on your behalf other than standard reception services is chargeable.

TELECOMUNIICATIIONS

CONNECTION TO PABX: $100 per line (one off cost)

CALL CHARGES: No mark up on Telephone Calls – Normal business rates apply.

OUTGOING LINES $50.00 per month per line (Additional) (Covers full use of PABX system, telephone / line rental & Reception Services) In the event of no telephone lines being required, a lobby fee of $100 per month will apply to cover the costs of reception.

FAX LINE $50.00 per month per line

DATA POINT $50.00 per month per point. Connection of additional line/internet point $100.00 per line (once off)

ITEMISED BILLING (optional) $7.00 per month per extension

MAINTENANCE of TELECOMMUNICATION: Complimentary. (On-site support and instant replacement service for your telephone handset if required)

INCOMING LINES Complimentary Your callers never get an engaged signal . All calls are answered in your company name and put through to your office at no additional cost. If you are in the office and on another call, your caller can be offered to be put on hold or put through to your voice mail. Any time spent by receptionist on your behalf other than putting calls through to your office is chargeable Calls can be forwarded to your mobile or home office: 0.25 unit + call cost Calls made on your behalf 0.05 unit + call cost Messages: Emailed/Handwritten 0.25 unit per message

TELEPHONE HAND SETS Hands free, digital telephone handsets with state of the art features are provided complimentary for your use. Your handsets can be diverted to reception during business hours for complimentary telephone answering or taken off diversion to be answered directly in your office, diverted to your mobile, home office or telephone number of your choice. This can be done by you from your hand set as required daily or programmed for you at the switchboard by your receptionist. Should you require your receptionist to do this for you as and when required, a secretarial charge of 1 unit is chargeable.

DEPOSIITS & PAYMENTS

DEPOSIT One month’s fee - refundable on termination. (Additional 1 month Licence Fee deposit is required for all agreements where Guarantors are not provided.

KEY DEPOSIT $250.00 per set. (Refundable upon return of all keys issued) Set includes office key, security pass (if applicable) and photocopy card. Additional photocopy cards, security cards and keys are charged at $50 per item.

TELEPHONE DEPOSIT $300.00. (Refundable on departure) Immediate allocation of telephone number upon signing of Licence Agreement

BILLING OF CHARGES Initial payment payable by cheque or direct deposit, then invoices to be paid by direct withdrawal on the 1st of each month. (additional 1 month licence fee deposit is required for all agreements where no direct withdrawal authority is provided.) Any single additional service charge in excess of $500 to be paid immediately unless approved by prior arrangement.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE 1 Unit secretarial charge for depositing of cheque in bank

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS Any payments made through credit card usage will incur the following surcharge: 4% for Master Card & Visa, 10% for Amex

TERMIINATIION OF LIICENCE// SERVIICES

CLEANING CHARGES Professional cleaners clean the offices on a daily basis. However, at the end of the licence agreement a detailed clean is undertaken which will attract a minimum charge of $150.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES Services such as car parking, extra telephone lines, internet lines, extra furniture, itemised phone account are all month to month services and one month notice must be given in writing to terminate a service. The notice must be given in writing prior to the 1st of the month. Any notices received after the 1st of the month will result in an additional month’s service fee being charged. In the event of no telephone lines being required, a lobby fee of $100 per month will apply to cover the costs of reception.

TERMINATION OF OFFICE For monthly agreements three month’s notice is required in writing. Notice to be given from the 1st of any month. For licence agreements longer than one month, three month’s notice in writing is required prior to the expiration of the licence agreement. Notice to be given from the 1st of any month. If notice is given prior to the term expiring, the licence fees are required to be paid until the term of the licence expires. At the expiration of a licence agreement greater than one month, if not renewed for a further term, the licence will revert automatically to a month to month licence agreement at the monthly rate of the office concerned.

EARLY TERMINATION OF OFFICE The office licence fees are required to be paid until the expiration of the licence term. However, if CEO is requested to do so by the licensee, CEO will endeavour to re-licence the office to another party. If the office is re-licensed the penalty for early termination is the forfeiture of security deposit.

GST Please note that GST applies to all facilities and services provided and has not been included in any prices quoted.

ADMINISTRATION FEE $200.00 A once off fee to prepare legal documentation.
