SILVER SERVICE: $50 per month DEPOSIT $100.00 This service includes a prestigious address chosen from any CEO location to be used as your registered business address and listed on your business cards and letter heads.

Meeting Room $21.00 per hour * Up to 4 people

Board Room $42.00 per hour * Up to 8 people

PAYMENT Only direct withdrawal authority or credit card payments are accepted. No payment by cheque.

BILLING OF SERVICES • To commence service initial payment is accepted either by cheque, direct deposit or credit card. Thereinafter all payments are to be made either by direct withdrawal authority or credit card. • Additional charges are invoiced each month together with your licence fee and payment for this is required on the 1st of each month. • Any single additional service charge in excess of $500.00 to be paid immediately unless by prior arrangement.

CREDIT CARD Any payments made through credit card usage will incur the following surcharge: PAYMENTS 4% for Master Card & Visa, 10% for Amex.

GST Please note that GST applies to all facilities and services provided.

TERMINATION One month's notice in writing is required otherwise deposit will not be refundable. Notice must be given from the 1st of any month.
